Clear skies and fair winds…
I'm David Smith. I started flying in the mid-90's. Soon after passing my private pilot exam, I bought a Bonanza P35. If a Cessna 172 is like a truck, the Bonanza is like a Porsche. I started building an RV-10 in 2003. Discovered before too long that I'd much rather fly than build. Anybody want to buy a partially completed tail kit? So far I have 228 hours, and am hoping to to start working on getting my more advanced ratings. As with most things in life, it's just a matter of funding. Until then, life goes on, usually in unexpected ways.

I sold the Shelby. That's the downside. On the upside, I used some of the money to purchase a 2011 Harley-Davidson Road King Classic! Been a long time since I had a bike, and I must say I'm enjoying the hell out of it!
